Bean bags are not the same color and are full of dust

I was very disappointed with the bean bags I received. They are not the same colors as the ones in the picture and the colors are not as vibrant. They arefull of dust from whatever the contents inside are. When you catch or drop them, a dusty/powdery substance comes out. Very dissatisfied.
