My kids are always attentive when we read these books. The messages are so positive and are a great foundation for how I want my kids to be thinking about themselves. We love them! The artwork is vibrant, the children shown are multi-cultural, and the actions are easy for my little ones to model. My youngest loves to carry around the 'You Are Brave' book!! I love to read 'You Are Helpful' to them -- it works!
