Very disappointed with this item. The item name is, "ITERS-R VIDEO GUIDE and Training Workbook." This sounds like the video is included with the purchase. I was expecting the video, but since it was not with the book (which looks more like a cheap partial copy of the book), I assume it was not part of the purchase. The description should indicate that the video is NOT included.
