Description

Developed and delivered by the authors as an introduction to the Scales! Each course is self-paced, so you can start and stop as often as needed. In total, each course takes about 5 hours to complete. Checks for understanding are embedded, along with the ability to email questions directly to the authors! You can be assured you are receiving an accurate and up-to-date training!

Great Training Sessions

I have taken ERS training sessions in person before, and this was my first on-line. I feel that I was able to take away a lot more from this training session. It was organized in a way to force you to really examine the book and tested you throughout the session while remaining interesting and relevant. The download packet was a useful tool and the sections for notes were intentionally thought provoking. I took the ITERS-R series and was able to stop and start throughout the day, even close out and return after the weekend. Being able to review the previous areas was useful as well, allowing me to refresh my memory a little before returning to where I had left off. I have already begun recommending this training method to others!My only issues were that the audio was not working correctly in the second section; you had to pause and play in order for it to start the audio, and it would be nice to have some information on the product page about how "delivery" works. I waiting to purchase the course on a day that my schedule was clear with the intent to focus on the training, only to find out (only after sending an e-mail to customer service, requesting clarification) that it takes Kaplan 24-28 hours to process the order. Kaplan will e-mail you for information about who is attending the course, then they will create an account and password, then they will e-mail you the details of how to actually complete the course. Again, I would have really liked to know this information and time table before I had already paid for the course.
